Hi!

Welcome to the official website for the Theta Tau Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at the University of Pennsylvania! Alpha Delta Pi was the first sorority established in 1851 and colonized on our campus in January of 2013. In Alpha Delta Pi, we strive to exemplify what it means to be well balanced women. Our sorority is committed to sisterhood, philanthropy, values and ethics, high academic standards and social responsibility.

 

Alpha Delta Pi has given me opportunities to grow as a leader and meet countless women who are there for me regardless of the time of day.  Our sisterhood is constantly inspired by our motto “We live for each other” as we push each other to become the best versions of ourselves. Whether it is at our sisterhood apple picking event, chapter retreat, intramural games, annual philanthropy event, or social events we are always keeping busy. We also have the unique opportunity to visit out philanthropy the Ronald McDonald House which is on Chestnut Street- two blocks from our chapter house. Breakfast buddies and crafts with the children there are some of the highlights of my experience so far.

 

As a member of Alpha Delta Pi I am eternally grateful for the opportunities I have had, memories I have made, and laughs I have shared with my sisters. Two years ago, I never would have imagined myself in a sorority but, now I could not imagine my life without it. If you are someone who is considering going through recruitment, do it. Whether it is with us or one of the other chapters on campus, I guarantee it will be one of the best decisions you ever make.
