Formal Recruitment
Spring Semester 2016
Formal recruitment, which occurs at the beginning of the spring semester, is an intensive week-long series of structured events that you will attend in order to meet and converse with sorority members. As recruitment progresses, the events become fewer and the time spent at each sorority becomes longer. Through a process of mutual selection, we hope you will return to the sororities where you feel most comfortable and with those that are interested in having you as a member.

Alpha Delta Pi is home to many different kinds of amazing women. We are home to engineers, nurses, athletes, singers, dancers, cat and dog lovers, and everything in between. The one thing that brings us together is that we love our sisters. We truly believe that diamonds are forever and support our sisters no matter what.
ADPi offers a new and exciting experience within Greek Life and my sisters and I are eager to show you and the rest of the Penn community what it means to be in a sorority. Formal Recruitment is something that I am very passionate about as we continue the legacy of Alpha Delta Pi. When I joined ADPi the most amazing part was bonding with my new sisters and going through all the new experiences together. Our hope at ADPi is that we will find many more amazing women that hope to come home to ADPi.
